I recently stayed at Bagshaw Lodge for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The one bed apartment was tastefully decorated and well equipped, with a nice view and a comfy bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk into town but away from traffic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities in the room were just right. a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

    Would recommend this hotel.

Had a fantastic Christmas break here! Loved the cozy and clean room, with a powerful and roomy shower. The kitchenette was a bonus, especially the microwave and toaster for a quick breakfast. The view from the room was breathtaking, and just a short walk to shops, cafes, and the river.

Nothing at all! Couldn't fault our stay.

I recently stayed at Bagshaw Lodge for a weekend getaway. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed. The kitchenette was a great bonus, allowing me to prepare meals at my convenience. The comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities made my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the view from my room was simply breathtaking.

Comfortable beds, good facilities, and a cozy countryside feel. The lodge provided a warm and comfortable stay, with spacious rooms and a lovely view of the valley. It was dog-friendly and had sufficient space and equipment for self-catering. The location was ideal for exploring the southern area of the Peak District. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as limited breakfast options and a lack of reception, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Great value for money, the room was warm and comfortable with a lovely view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, with beautiful scenery and charming shops.

The morning meal could be improved with a better selection of crockery and drinking glasses.

During my recent stay at Bagshaw Lodge, I was impressed by the spacious and clean accommodation. The view from my window overlooking the town was simply breathtaking. The comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchenette made my stay all the more enjoyable. The powerful shower was a refreshing start to each day.

Although the car park was a bit tight, I managed to find parking on the road without any hassle. The location of the lodge, within walking distance of the town center and the bustling Monday Market, was incredibly convenient.

The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the town and nearby attractions. It is just a short walk away from the town center and close to the Monsal Trail, perfect for a leisurely cycle ride. The Michael Palin apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including a small kitchenette with cutlery, plates, bowls, and a fridge. The bed in the apartment is also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The parking situation at the hotel can be a bit cramped, especially when the car park is full.

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions. It's just a short walk to the town center, where you can find plenty of options for dining out. the rooms are spacious and bright, with well-appointed bathrooms that have separate baths and showers. the beds and bedding are comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, the hotel offers a kitchenette with everything you need for a short stay.

The TV reception in the rooms was not very good, and I couldn't get any BBC channels. But who goes on holiday to watch TV anyway, right?
